Mile repeats! 3x1 with a 3 min break in between.

Splits: 7:08, 7:03, 7:08. I'm good with these times considering it was grassy and hilly. Felt pretty good today! Glad I'm staying more consistent with my workouts than I was. Legs felt pretty good.
