4x400 "all out" with :60 rest (1:20, 1:21, 1:23, 1:28), 2x1200 @ 3k pr pace with 3:00 rest (4:47, 4:52)

Didn't feel that great to do a workout right after a day off - legs didn't feel ready. Did my best for the 400's, the first couple were okay but the second 2, especially the last one, I couldn't breathe right so I had to slow down a little so I didn't have an asthma attack...though I was wheezing for a couple minutes after finishing the last one. 1min rest felt really short. The 400's took a lot out of me so the 1200's were rough, felt like I was barely moving but couldn't go much faster. Legs felt kind of dead
