Notes

1.5 mile warm up run to the track, then MAIN SET 12x400. Per Sean, I wanted to start out aroung 1:25 per 400, and speed up from there. The splits were as follows: 1:21, 1:22, 1:22, 1:24, 1:21, 1:22, 1:23, 1:21, 1:21, 1:21, 1:17 and 1:15. Finished strong, not quite an all out sprint, but pretty close. HR got up to 180 during some of the later reps. 200 meter r.i. w/ a slow jog. Finished with 1.5 mile c/d run home.
