74.5* and 100% humidity (tho' it wasn't raining). Got to scream like a girl today on my run! I can really scream loudly too. Who knew? Coupla dogs came running and barking out of someone's driveway after me in the dark. Tried to mix in 5 x 600 @ 5k pace with 90 sec recovery. I'm so outta shape :(
