heat and humidity back :( Don't Like! Run wasn't as effortless as last week. I was dying towards the end. Didn't die completely, but was on my way! If this was a marathon, the last 4 miles would have been a struggle. Wonder what the effect of the temps/humidity is on pace? There must be a chart for that?
