Woke up to some horrendous news about a friend who collapsed during a marathon last weekend, was put into a coma and has yet to come out of it. Woke up tired and telling myself that I would just do the elliptical later in the day because it was cold outside and I didn't want to deal with it. The news inspired me to get out and run and I'm glad I did; felt good. Keeping all fingers and toes crossed for Greg.
