9 mi with 7 x 800m @ 5k pace; 2 min rest interval. Near perfect running weather! Woke up in the middle of the night, wide awake, so got to run in very, very quiet streets. Wore my flea flicker that JT got me for Christmas. . . felt like a target but at least the 5 cars that were out could see me :) Nice way to wrap up the running year. On to 2011!!
