Rained through the night so the soggy grounds brought out lots of birds. Passed within a foot of 4 large Sandhill Cranes, saw a flock of white Ibis, a Great Egret, Great Blue Heron and a juvenile little blue heron. Did hill route again . . . hoping achilles hold up if I gradually ease a hill in to my run. Throat didn't feel tight :)
