Easy swim to cool off foot, loosen up left hip/glute. Whirlpool for about 12 minutes afterwards. Foot then very sort. 3 Ibuprofen at 3:30 pm. Kept feeling tight. IB helped pain and swelling. Night splint last night, good in am.
