Great workout. 1st mile at 2:00/100 yard pace. Hard to breathe first 1400 yards or so, then better. IM's were great. All had 20-30 sec rest and all were 2 min or less. Watch got waterlogged so can't tell exact interval. Cooled down with some deep water running; that felt very good. Ate 3 clif bloks after swim drinking plain water during workout.
