Notes

Time trial at the track. Felt woohoo great. My legs were pretty tired going in and without much speed work the past few months I wasn't exactly sure what I'd be able to do. I figured 75s was realistic with fresher legs and was so happy to be able to do it with tired legs. Splits were super solid and consistent. A very very solid day, much needed confidence boost going into Pittsburgh.
