Gosh I've just been so tired. I took Monday off after taking Friday off too. I think I'm just barely fending off being sick. I tried napping today and was in and out of sleep for about an hour, didn't feel very restful at all. I have been sleeping more this week though (9 hours last night).
So I wasn't super stoked about doing a workout, but I think it broke up the monotony of an easy run and was easier to get through. I warmed up about 4 miles then cut out the last interval as I was just pretty spent. In the end though, I was pretty happy with the effort. I wound up running about 5k pace for 5 miles with minimal rest between the intervals so not much to complain about. And while I felt tired, I didn't feel overly stressed.
