3 mi warm-up
Ladder workout. Felt great. Nice to have some speed in my legs. Also great that I did a long work out on Saturday, a long run Sunday, one day of recovery then bounced back to this. Almost went for another mile at the end but I was short on time and if I'm honest I just didn't have it in me - got about 100 in then pulled the plug. No worries though as that would've just been dessert.
