Notes

6 x 1.1km with around 1:45 recovery. Tough run on grass as it was very wet underfoot. Picked up nicely through the session and finished strongly. Legs were tired after spinning yesterday but ran well. I feel very strong during these intervals so hopefully my race speed will pick up
