1st session on the track. 10 x 600 with about 90 sec recovery. Started to piss rain just as we started but not too bad. Slotted in nicely to the 2nd group and ran a really strong steady session overall. After half way I picked the pace up a bit and was able to maintain it right until the end. No issues with hamstring which had caused me probes recently. Good to get back to the faster stuff. Average 600m time was: 2:10.6
