Notes

4 X 1km, 4 X 750m, 4 X 40om session with the club. Started off a shade slow trying to get my pace right but got strong after that. 400's were a real shock to the system as we pushed them a lot and overall a graet session. Massive lactic acid build up in my head afterwards which lasted for hours. One of my strongest inteval sessions with the club.
