3 sets of 5 X 300m. 100m recovery jog between intervals and one lap jog recovery between sets. Got a good dynamic warm up in (which I need to do front now on before sessions and races). Felt good from the start and nice and loose for a change. Kept a good pace for the first 2 sets and pushed on nicely for the last one. Wrecked afterwards. Achilles a tad sore during the warm up..
