Clane 10km race with Aurelien. Complete disaster of a race as I has pains down my left shoulder and chest as well as lower back. Pain started in the warm up and I tried to run it off - it kinda worked for 1 - 2 km's but well before half way it came back with a vengeance and I had to stop. Walked for a while but it was freezing so started jogging again to keep warm. Longest few km's in memory ads I plodded home. Not sure what happened but after a few days rest it cleared up and hasn't happened again.
