Run with Nick when he arrived down for the weekend. Light rain but nice for running. Started off with 2laps of the woods and then onto the coast walk which is a much less boring way of getting mileage in. Up and down kind of run but was running on emplyby the end. Achilles pain seems to have eased a bit over the last few runs.
