Notes

Ran most of the 2 miles. at first walked 1 1/2 minutes then ran the first mile than walked 1 minute and ran the rest. This is what Coach Doug stated to do. Run as far as I can then walk then run again as far as I can. Glad to see my pace is now at 13.6 mph
