Humidity was 100%, but it didn't feel that bad due to the temperature only being 63 degrees. Didn't take any gels until mile 10, then another at 14. S caps taken at 6 and 12 miles. Water was taken every two miles beginning at mile 10, then once every mile after mile 14. I was good with water at the end.
Following the run, I stretched twice with the yoga for runners DVD, then did two sets of pigeon poses.
Avg HR - 69% of max (125 bpm). I kept the HR around 120 for the first ten miles, to conserve energy and to be able to run all the way.
