On the return trip, running down the last hill towards the gate, my left hamstring tightened up so bad.....I had thought it was just going to lock up during the run. So, I began to walk (I was afraid to stop). I walked to the gate, and by the time I got there it had 100% subsided and ran slowly (cautiously) back to the gym. Don't believe this was dehydration, and my urine was not overly yellow, but it may be a salt issue--as I had cut out huge amounts of processed foods and back in the day we never salted anything...trainer says I need to salting all my veggies, etc
