Notes

New distance PR. First time I did 50m intervals every other minute. at first the 50's were like 40-45 seconds, but then I got them down to 70 seconds when I tried to relax. Planned on doing 15 intervals to make 30 minutes but left shoulder got soar during the 13th so I called it quits.
