Estimated Mile Marker Laps below. GPS was either way off or the adjusted course was long. But holy crap, what a nice surprise for 2 days of no sleep, too much drinking, bad training as of late except for that one mile trial Friday, and mentally messed up breaking up with Lindsey because of.... I started late too (again) and stuck in traffic. But once I started going too fast I couldn't stop except for mile 12, which I really didn't slow down at all. And then got a wierd second wind for mile 13 and was able to finish strong. Amazing. It's not a big masters PR but I will take it! Was so happy with the performance considering. This should give me some momentum for the Zoo Zoom 10k.
