Wood Invitational at Tamanend Park.
Placed 11th in the JV race. Was hoping to be in the mid-high 17's, but my last mile wasn't good so I ended up with 18:09. Was 3rd on our team for JV, behind Sam Hibbs (17:05) and Joe O'Neill (18:00). Was ahead of Joe for most of the race, but he passed me on our last mile. Also 2 guys out kicked me at the very end of the race, which brought me down to 11th place (about where I was half a mile into the race). Probably went out a little too fast, but the biggest thing was I think I didn't have enough energy for the last mile. I probably have to eat more before a race. Race log comming soon.
