Notes
First 4 miles easy - second half was 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy (2 on, 2 off).
Originally planned to just do 2 four mile runs (to church + extended and then from church + extended), but I woke up early today and decided to get my run done early.
I felt good today. It was a little cold, but one I got running it wasn't noticable. I got my pace picked up fairly quickly and maintained it all the way there. Sometimes on my hard sets I would get a little distracted, but never anything that really killed my pace.
Second half of my run was around a 6:30/mi pace.
