4x 200m accelerators to finish practice (150m strider pace, then sprinted it in). Good way to get the heart rate up and kick it into a higher gear at the end of the practice. I question the name of "accelerators" as its not really a sustained acceleration, its just a relatively instantaneous switch between speeds.
