Cold day. I ran pretty bad.
3x 800m at tempo (82 sec/quarter, 2:44/rep).
3x 800m, getting faster (ideally, up to 5 secs of improvement for each one). I started off okay, but by the end of the workout my mind had broken down a bit.
Cold + windy + rain. Glad to be done. Didn't run well today, was still mad about my meet yesterday.
