Notes
Tri-meet. HH + Souderton at CB West (Lake Galena, Peace Valley Park).
Pretty fast course. A little odd having it be at a place we often train at, but it worked out well. Not too hilly, and 1 of the two major uphills gave the option of running on a road. Got a good, fast start (I think the double premeet helped me with that) and continued to pick people off until about half way into the race. At that point a Souderton guy and I were going back and forth, but eventually he pulled ahead. Stayed in that spot throughout the rest of the race.
I finished before CB West's 3rd guy and Souderton's 4th guy. Finished 7th on HH, 12 overall in the race.
