5x 400m - Faster each time.

Starting target pace: 74/400m

1st lap was relaxed, not strained, but too fast. Got a little too complacent with my 2nd repeat, and then struggled to get back into the groove. Last time started off fast (31s 200m) but couldn't finish strong (38s last 200m).

The group below me ended up running the workout more accurately, and were running faster times by the last set. Wish I could have had someone else to run with (I was in a group by myself).
