Notes

Push ups, dips, military press (light weights), running arm curls (light weights), sit ups, side bridges.

On my own since I lifted monday + couldn't get to practice today. Wasn't a good workout for building a ton of strength since I didn't have a whole lot of time + was doing it with what I could in my basement. More or less just a bit of maintenance work.
