Lifted (similar to circuit #2). I did some extra stuff in the weight room afterwards.

Got some tips from Ayton about pull ups. Try doing 3 sets of 5 pull ups (or whatever #), and then do 1 last "burn" where I use one of the elastic bands and then just max out as many as I can.
