Notes

Felt pretty good today. Probably helped that I haven't lifted much recently so I was nice and fresh. I got about 6-7 pull ups today, which I was happy about. Other excercises seemed pretty easy too.

First day of my off season lifting. It worked out pretty well, football was lifting but they weren't in my way at all. Also I ran my 4 mile warm up with a few guys I knew from track which was nice (I was the only distance runner lifting though).
