Notes

Felt pretty good. A little stiff + sore still going into my workout, but I still think I did pretty well.

Since I was still a little sore I only did 3 sets. Also I started a little late and by the end of my 3rd set most of the football coaches had left or were cleaning up.

Getting stronger every day!
