10:00 Tempo Run. Last workout of the year. This is one that Coleman's perfected recently as the pre-Champs workout.

10:00 Tempo - 5 sec/lap slower than 3k race pace.

4x 200m - Increasing intensity.

Felt pretty good. A little hard, but not as bad as racing. Felt like a great way to prepare for racing the 3200m. Was nice running with Cahill + Steve to keep the pace.

Definitely faster than some of our earlier extended tempo runs (typically paced around 6:00, with 5:40 being the pace for tempos under 1mi). Great preparation.
