Felt pretty good today. The only thing I had trouble on was pull ups, and that was because when I tried to do them assisted I felt a "clicking" or something rubbing inside my bicep. I think if I kept my arms more parallel to the bar (instead of letting them move towards perpendicular) that helped.
Snowy today, so a lot of people did workouts inside the weight room. Surprised me how many people would just go on the treadmills for only about 5 minutes. About 10 people total must have been on while I was doing my initial 30:00 run.
