Notes

2 sets of circuit #1 + max dips.

I beat Kevin again today (most people dropped out at 20, he stayed until the 30's but then slipped or something). I did really well on the max dips today; I managed to get 55 before ending, and that wasn't even to the point of total exhaustion (although it was fairly close).

I also did 4 1/2 pull ups on my own after the workout. Getting stronger!
