Notes
A little slower for the running splits than I would have liked otherwise, but it was more of a tempo pace, and as it was I was the fastest runner there.
Workout was:
1200m run, 20 double unders, 20 push ups
800m run, 30 double unders, 30 push ups
400m run, 50 double unders, 50 push ups
1 double under = 3 jump ropes (had to substitute)
Felt great to get back into cross fit
