Great weather for running a workout.

This run wasn't that bad. It went by quick and didn't fully kill us. There were a ton of people on the track today though, so a few of our reps were a second or two slow from going into lanes 2+3 to pass people.

Coleman broke us up into more groups than we typically run in. He wanted to dial into more specific training zones for each partner set and also broke the team up into long distance and mid-distance.

Me + Cahill ran together. I kept up fine and was just as strong as him all workout.
