Notes
Felt pretty good about how I raced here as well. Season best and year long best, which I was pretty thrilled about. Once again I tried to take it out pretty strong (which was hard since I got stuck behind the front line of runners at the start). Luckily by about 150-200m I no longer felt like I was going to throw up (in fact my stomach felt better racing than before or after, I guess with less blood going to it and bigger things for my brain to worry about). Also, between 200-300m I passed a fair amount of people (I think Joe, Andy, maybe Cahill). Some of those guys ended up passing me by the last 200m, but for the most part I think I ran pretty strong.
Once again not an amazing time, but my aggression in the early stages of the race was definitely something that I needed to work on. I'm much more confident about racing and I feel I'm starting to get back into the swing of racing.
