Today I ended up trying a lot of excercises with a bit less weight in order to improve my form and get more out of each rep. Either I tried to improve my movements, or slowed down to maximize the benefit of each rep (such as dips)

For running arm curls + military press though I managed to get a hold of a set of 15 lbs dumbbells. That felt pretty nice. I managed to do my light + fast set with 12.5's which was nice. Good to see that 12.5 lbs is now "light" for those excercises.

Felt pretty good about my workout today, my arms seemed to get a good working.
