Notes

2 sets of circuit #1. I definitely feel like my working out + extra push ups has been helping me. I can keep a pretty good pace for the push ups in our circuit for the entire time (getting me to about 35 or so each set without being too exhausted)

Also today I got the most dips of the entire distance team. The last 2 people were me + Kevin again, but he got annoyed at being harassed by the rest of the team (for not going down as far as I did) and ended up stopping (a little early I think) in the high 30's (38-39 maybe). I continued going to 45 at which point my arms stopped supporting me. I felt good about today though, felt like a nice little challenge for my arms + reinforces that my extra upper body work has been paying off.
