Each set, Coach Ayton went about 10 feet further.

Not told a specific way to run the workout. Just supposed to be hard throughout, but not to the point that we wouldn't be able to finish the workout.

Each set I tried to make the last one pretty tough (not 100% all out, but about as hard as I could get while staying consistent throughout the rep).
