Muddy, wet and windy.
1/2 mile repeats at Kohler Park soccer fields.
2 sets of 3. Decent amount of rest in between each rep, and a longer break between sets.
Felt good for the first 5. On the second to last one I was pushing through some tiredness. The last one though my energy took a nosedive. Legs were tired, but I don't think I had enough to eat for breakfast as well.
