Raining, cold, and windy so I did 1 hour on the elliptical.

I definitely wish I had the time to do it later in the day when the weather got a bit better (or atleast warmer). I noticed that the limited range of motion of ellipticals actually encourages you to run with bad form (not lifting knees up high enough with each step). Nothing compares to just going out and hitting the pavement.
