Spring Thaw 6hr race. Stuck to the plan to run slow and easy and try to stay on course for the full 6hrs. Trails were muddy and tough lost a shoe. Worked on Nutrition ate bananas strawberries and oranges and not my normal oreos and gummy worms. Temp was in the 80s which the body didnt like. Happy with the outcome its only March and didnt want to push to hard time on feet was key
