Notes

A private group lesson at the Hillsboro location - no one else was there, so it was just Uriel and myself! Worked on new blue belt moves - first part of 2 kata, first part of a new kempo, ridge hand strike, 4 finger poke, scissor kick, flying side blade kick, new double lapel grab (poke, twist, side blade), new dragging forearm choke (2 hand grab, step behind, twist, kneel), new method of blocking for sparring (got to get me some sparring gear!).
