Notes

10x400m w/60s jog rest. Reps 1-9 fastest was 63.0, slowest was 64.1. Last one was 59.4, for an average of 63.4 seconds. They didn't start to feel too bad until the 7th one or so, but never really hit a wall. It was a good workout. Left calf tightened up after the last one.
