1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 1200, 200 w/ 2 min jog rest between each.

3:19, 2:46, 2:13, 1:40, 66, 3:21, 31.5.

The workout was at 13:55 5k pace. It felt pretty tough right away after the first 1200, but I hung on and finished.

Ran it by myself. 2 mi warm-up and 2+ mile cool-down with strides.
