Notes

6x800 w/ alternating 400/800 rest. 2:12, 2:14, 2:13, 2:14, 2:14, 2:10. Ran the workout at 9AM, didn't eat breakfast. I think that impacted things. I felt pretty tired right away, and wasn't able to close very fast. Lack of sleep past two nights may have also impacted the workout.
